Users unable to upload documents

At approximately 1:48 PM ET, we made a change in the back end to enhance the user experience. Unfortunately, this change resulted in some users experiencing the inability to upload documents. After troubleshooting, we determined the best course of action was to roll back the changes, which completed at approximately 4:31 PM ET. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
